Your Protection
On purchases made via the Earth Deposits website, we conform to the requirements issued by The UK Department of Trade and Industry, Office of Fair Trading Guidelines on Distance Selling.

We will acknowledge an order sent via email or through the Earth Deposits website with a return email without delay.

Please allow up to seven working days for delivery of UK orders and up to fifteen working days for delivery overseas.

We are confident that all our products will reach you in a highly satisfactory condition. If this is not the case, please email us at vic@earthdeposits.co.uk stating your order number and a description of the problem.

Earth Deposits requires the customer to pay the costs of the return of any goods.
Once we have received the returned goods we will refund the purchase price and return postage costs to you in full, provided the goods are in a reasonable condition and have not been damaged in any way.

You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchased item. However, Earth Deposits will increase this time period, so that you have 10 working days (effectively two weeks), from the time you receive the product to inform us that you are not satisfied with it.

You may cancel any item purchased before receiving the goods (while still in transit) and refuse to accept the delivery. Earth Deposits will then refund the total costs of the item purchased and all delivery and return charges.

We will deal with any complaints or queries promptly and fairly. Earth Deposits will endeavour to offer either a full refund or exchange, depending on what the customer desires, within ten working days from the date that an item is returned to us.

Orders placed on a weekend may not be processed until the next working day.
